Beacon Medical Germany, a subsidiary of Canada’s VIVO Cannabis Inc. officially announced today that Medical Pharma Resource (Medical Pharma) GmbH is the first German company authorized to distribute VIVO’s premium cannabis products in Germany.

Medical Pharma is the exclusive distributor for medicinal cannabis flowers of the Beacon Medical products and additionally takes over the complete support handling to the pharmacies. Medical Pharma has already set up a health professional section and a hotline for pharmacies and will be the first point of contact for the professional staff for all concerns and questions about the Beacon products or also about “cannabis as medicine”.

“Realizing this exclusive cooperation and thus improving the selection and quality standard for German patients was a tough job. Negotiations, certification, import permits, etc. were made much more difficult by the restrictions of the Corona pandemic. But now we and the patients in Germany can reap the fruits of over two years of hard work,” says Engin Ates, the Co-Founder and CEO of Medical Pharma.
